The QPL7420TR7 is a GaAs pHEMT single-ended RF amplifier IC with 20 dB flat gain and low noise. Powered by a single 3 V to 8 V supply, the IC supports HFC and fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) applications from 5 to 1800 MHz. The QPL7420 is available in a 3x3 QFN package and features low noise, low distortion, and high gain for ease of layout and design in set-top boxes and infrastructure projects for 75 Ω CATV and satellite applications.
