The IKQ100N120CS7 offers a diverse 1200V portfolio for all industrial applications requiring short circuit tolerance/durability. It is a highly efficient, short-circuit tolerant discrete IGBT with a saturation voltage at least 10% lower than other devices. With a very soft, fully rated EC7 (emitter control) diode, the IGBT saturation VCEsat and Qrr can be significantly reduced.The IGBT7 has excellent controllability and short circuit tolerance. In addition, the device offers excellent electrical performance, higher controllability, simple EMI design, and higher reliability in harsh application conditions.
