The M1F45M12W2-1LA ACEPACK DMT-32 power module features a four-bank topology with integrated NTCs, tailored for the DC/DC converter stage of OBCs in hybrid and electric vehicles. The power module uses four third-generation Silicon Carbide power MOSFETs from STMicroelectronics, and thanks to proven chip technology, the ACEPACK DMT-32 ensures an optimal compromise between energy loss and high switching frequency operating modes. With this module, you can create complex topologies with extremely high power density and efficiency requirements. The aluminium nitride insulating substrate achieves optimal thermal performance. In addition, the recesses in the moulding ensure high creepage distances thanks to a special design.
