The TMUX7413FRRPR are complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) analogue switches available in a 4-channel 1:1 (SPST) configuration. These devices operate well with dual (±5V to ±22V), single (8V to 44V), or asymmetrical (e.g., VDD = 12V, VSS = -5V) supplies. The devices provide overvoltage protection in both power-on and power-off conditions for applications where power timing cannot be precisely controlled.
