The ATSAMV71Q19B-AAB SAMV71 MCU is based on a high-performance 32-bit ARM® Cortex-M7 processor with a floating-point unit (FPU) that operates at up to 300MHz. The microcontroller has 144 pins and features up to 512KB of flash memory and up to 256KB of multi-port SRAM. On-chip SRAM can be configured as tightly coupled memory (TCM) or system memory. With multi-port access to the SRAM, minimum access latency is ensured.
