The ATSAMV71N20B-AAB microcontroller is a family of flash memory MCUS based on a high-performance 32-bit ARM® Cortex-M7 processor with a floating point unit (FPU). The device operates at up to 300MHz, has up to 1MB of flash memory and up to 384KB of multi-port SRAM. On-chip SRAM can be configured as tightly coupled memory (TCM) or system memory. With multi-port access to the SRAM, minimum access latency is ensured.
