The R5F572MNHDBD MCUs (with EtherCAT slave controllers) are high-performance, single-chip MCU solutions with large memory capacity suitable for use in industrial equipment.The RX72M components enable excellent performance with 1396 CoreMark functionality (measured by EEMBC Benchmarks at 240 MHz), as well as application processing and EtherCAT communication functions. Combining a motor control MCU with on-chip EtherCAT slave functionality allows industrial application developers to reduce bill of materials (BOM) and support the level of miniaturisation required for industrial equipment design.
