Product Description

The ATSAME53J20A-MZ is a VQFN-64 encapsulated ARM Corcor-M4F microcontroller from Microchip with core frequencies up to 120 MHZ, 1MB program memory and 256KB data RAM. The ATSAME53J20A-MZ supports multiple communication interfaces (such as I²C, SPI, UART, etc.) and is equipped with built-in under-voltage detection, DMA controller and PWM functions. ‌
