The CSD95481RWJ NexFET™ power stage is a highly optimized design for high power, high density synchronous buck converters. This product integrates a driver IC and power MOSFETs to perform the power stage switching function. this

The combination produces high current, high efficiency, and high-speed switching capability in a small 5mm x 6mm outline package. It also integrates precise current sensing and temperature sensing for simplified system design and improved functional accuracy. Additionally, the PCB footprint has been optimized to help reduce design time and simplify completing the overall system design.
