The UCC21520AQDWRQ1 is an isolated dual-channel gate driver with 4A peak pull current and 6A peak fill current. The device is designed to drive power MOSFETs, IGBTs, and SiC MOSFETs up to 5MHz with best-in-class propagation delay and pulse width distortion. The device is suitable for HEV and BEV battery chargers, isolated converters in DC/DC and AC/DC power supplies, motor drives and DC-AC solar inverters and uninterruptible power supplies (UPS).
