The VL53L1CXV0FY/1 time-of-flight (ToF) range sensor is a state-of-the-art laser range sensor that further enriches the ST FlightSense™ family. The long range miniature ToF sensor has a range accuracy of up to 4 metres and a frequency of up to 50 Hz. The sensor is available in a miniature reflowable package. The sensor integrates a SPAD receiver array, a 940nm stealth Class 1 laser transmitter, a physical infrared filter and optics to optimise range performance.
