The R7F100GFF3CFP low-power MCU operates at 44µA/MHz CPU operation with low power consumption of 210nA when stopped for 4KB SRAM retention.The MCU features a snooze mode sequencer that significantly reduces power consumption during intermittent operation.The RL78/G23 group has a wide operating voltage range of 1.6V to 5.5V and frequencies up to 32MHz. They also feature a wide range of package pin counts from 30 to 128 pins and up to 768KB of Flash memory. In addition to enhanced analogue and security features, it also integrates logic and event link controllers (ELCL) and the first capacitive touch sensing unit (CTSU2L) in the RL78 family.
