The MP18851-A4BGLU is an isolated dual-channel gate driver solution with source and sink currents up to 4A peak source and sink current capability. Designed to drive power switching devices, the gate driver is intended to drive power switching devices with short propagation delays and minimal pulse width modulation distortion. By using MPS' proprietary capacitor-based isolation technology the driver can provide up to 5kVRMS. It also provides common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) greater than 100kV/µs between input and output.
