The MP18871-A4BGLU is an isolated half-bridge gate driver solution with up to 4A peak source and sink current capability. Designed to drive power switching devices, the gate driver features a gate driver designed to drive power switching devices with short propagation delays and minimal pulse width modulation distortion. By using MPS's proprietary capacitor-based isolation technology the driver can provide withstand voltages up to 5kVRMS. It also offers common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) ratings in excess of 100kV/µs.
