The MAXM15066AMB is an efficient, space-saving, low-heat, 300mA, synchronous Buck power module in a uSLIC package. The MAXM15066 module adopts peak current mode control method. To reduce input inrush current, the module provides a fixed soft start time of 3.75ms.
