The LTC3895EFE is a high performance step-down switching regulator DC/DC controller with a synchronous power MOSFET stage. With input voltages up to 140V, the constant frequency current mode architecture enables phase locking frequencies up to 850kHz. The gate drive voltage is programmable from 5V to 10V to maximise efficiency using either logic-level or standard-level FETs. The integrated switch in the top gate driver eliminates the need for an external bootstrap diode. Internal charge pumps Internal charge pumps enable 100% duty cycle operation.
