The MAX40662ATE/VY is a quad transimpedance amplifier designed for use in optical distance measurement receivers for Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) applications.The MAX40662ATE/VY is ideal for time-of-flight distance measurement applications due to its low noise, high gain, low group delay, and fast overload recovery.

The MAX40662 is available in a 16-pin, 4mm x 4mm, side-wettable wing TQFN package rated over the -40°C to +125°C automotive-grade temperature range.
