ADL6337ACRZC is a single-channel, high linearity transmit variable gain amplifier (VGA) for RF DACs, transceivers and SoC-to-power amplifier interfaces. The amplifier provides a highly integrated RF VGA solution for the transmission path.ADL6337ACRZC amplifier includes linearity and performance optimisation features to vary two types of bias current modules, IREF and IP3.The amplifier is an integrated RF balun that can be configured as a differential input, single-ended output.  The single-ended output enables high performance RF capability over the 500MHz to 5200MHz frequency range. Ideally suited for use in FDD/TDD broadband and communication systems for 2G/3G/4G/Long Term Evolution (LTE) technologies.
