The LTC7804EUD is a high performance synchronous step-up DC/DC switching regulator controller that drives a full N-channel power MOSFET stage. Synchronous rectification improves efficiency, reduces power loss, and lowers thermal requirements. The constant frequency current mode architecture enables phase-locked switching frequencies up to 3MHz. A wide input supply range of 4.5V to 40V is available. Operates from input supplies as low as 1V after startup when biased from the boost converter output.
