The BTS70902EPL Protected High Side Power Switch has advanced diagnostic and protection features. The switch is available in a PG-TSDSO-14 exposed pad package with 0.65mm pin spacing and a minimum RDS(ON) of 2x8mΩ. The PROFET+ 2 series meets the most stringent reverse battery requirements on the market. The first time the switch is used on a single chip, its ReverSave™ feature allows the power transistor to be switched on in reverse polarity.
