The VNS1NV04DP is comprised of two monolithic OMNIFET II chips packaged in a standard SO-8 package. OMNIFET II are designed using STMicroelectronics VIPower™ M0-3 technology: they are designed to replace standard power MOSFET applications from DC to 50KHz. Built-in thermal shutdown, linear current limit and overvoltage clamp protect the chip in harsh environments. Fault feedback can be monitored to detect the voltage on the input pins.
