The LTC4125EUFD is a simple and high-performance monolithic full-bridge resonant driver capable of wirelessly transmitting more than 5W of power to a properly tuned receiver. The device controls the current in the series transmitting coil in an LC network to create a simple, safe and versatile wireless power transmitter. Its drive frequency is automatically adjusted to match the resonant frequency of the LC network. This automatic resonant switching allows the device to deliver maximum power to the tuned receiver from a low voltage input supply (3 V to 5.5 V). To optimise system efficiency, a periodic transmit power search is used and the transmitted power is adjusted to the receiver load requirements.
