The LT8616EUDE is a high efficiency, high-speed, dual-channel, synchronous, monolithic, step-down switching regulator that consumes only 6.5μA of quiescent current with both channels enabled. Both channels contain all the switches and necessary circuitry to minimise the need for additional external components. Low-ripple burst mode operation allows high efficiency at very low output currents while minimising output ripple. A SYNC pin is used for synchronisation to an external clock. Internal compensation and peak current mode topologies allow the use of small inductors with fast transient response and excellent loop stability. The enable pin has an accurate 1V threshold and can be used to set undervoltage blocking, a capacitor on the TR/SS pin sets the rate of rise of the output voltage ramp during startup, and the PG pin signals when each output is within 10% of the programmed output voltage. the LT8616EUDE is available in a TSSOP package for high reliability.
