The ADP360120W3 is a compact six-group module optimised for hybrid and electric vehicle traction inverters. The power module's switches feature third-generation silicon carbide power MOSFETs with very low switching losses and excellent performance in synchronous rectification mode of operation. This ensures ultra-high efficiency in the final application and saves battery charging cycles. A copper backplane and pin-fin base structure provide direct fluid cooling for the power module, minimising thermal resistance. A dedicated pin layout has been developed for optimal switching performance, with pressed-in pins to ensure optimal connection to the driver board.
