The ATSAMV70N19B-CB ARM-based Flash MCUs are a family of Flash MCUs based on the high-performance 32-bit ARM® Cortex®-M7 processor with floating-point unit (FPU).The devices operate at up to 300 MHz and feature up to 2,048 KB of Flash memory and up to 384 KB of multi-port SRAM.
