Product Description

The ATSAME53N19A-AU 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M4F microcontroller (MCU) features a 32-bit Arm Cortex-M4 processor with a floating-point unit (FPU) running at up to 120MHz, up to 1MB of dual-sided Flash memory with ECC, and up to 256KB of SRAM with ECC. The MCUs feature a variety of connectivity interfaces, robust performance, and robust hardware-level security The devices also include a 10/100 Ethernet MAC and two CAN-FD port options, making them suitable for use in industrial automation, automotive applications, and general-purpose applications requiring wired connectivity.
