The 1EDI20I12MFXUMA1 is a galvanically isolated single-channel gate driver in a DSO-8 narrow-body package that delivers up to 6.2 A of output current and incorporates active Miller clamp circuitry with the same current rating to output up to 6.2 A. Active Miller clamp circuitry is also integrated with the same current rating to prevent parasitic conduction. An active Miller clamp circuit with the same current rating is also integrated to prevent parasitic conduction. The input logic pins operate over a wide input voltage range of 3 V to 15 V, with scaled CMOS threshold levels to support 3.3 V microcontrollers.
