The 1ED3830MC12MXUMA1 is part of the EiceDRIVER™ Enhanced 1ED38xx Series (X3 Digital Series) - a single-channel isolated gate driver with adjustable control and protection features including DESAT, Soft Shutdown, UVLO, Miller Clamp, Two-Level Turn Off (TLTO), and Faults to simplify the design of high-reliability systems. All parameter adjustments are accomplished from the inputs via the I2C interface (pins SDA and SCL).1ED3830MC12MXUMA1 is suitable for IGBT, SiC, and Si MOSFETs.
