The MCP47CVB08-E/M are single and dual channel 8-, 10-, and 12-bit buffered voltage output devices. Digital-to-analogue converter (DAC) with volatile or MTP memory, and an I2C serial interface.The MTP memory is user-writable up to 32 times per specific register. It requires a high level (typically 7.5V) on the HVC pin to successfully program the desired memory location. Non-volatile memory includes power-on output values, device configuration registers, and general-purpose memory.
