The UCC21737QDWRQ1 is a galvanically isolated, single-channel gate driver designed for SiC MOSFETs and IGBTs with DC operating voltages up to 2121V, featuring advanced protection, excellent dynamic performance and robustness. The device features peak pull and sink currents up to ±10A.
