The DS90UB964TRGCRQ1 is a versatile camera hub that collects serial camera data received from four separate video data streams via the FPD-Link III interface. When combined with the DS90UB913A-Q1/933-Q1 Serialiser, the DS90UB964-Q1 receives data from a 1-megapixel image sensor supporting 720p/800p/960p resolutions at 30Hz or 60Hz frame rates. The received data is aggregated to MIPI CSI-2 compliant outputs that are interconnected to a downstream processor. The device also features a second MIPI CSI-2 output port to provide additional bandwidth or a second duplicate output for data logging and parallel processing.

The DS90UB964TRGCRQ1 meets AEC-Q100 requirements for automotive applications and is available in a cost-effective, space-saving VQFN-64 package.
