The TC1047AVNBTR-VAO is a linear voltage output temperature sensor whose output voltage is proportional to the measured temperature. The TC1047A can accurately measure temperatures from -40°C to +125°C and has a power supply range of 2.5V to 5.5V.

The device typically has an output voltage range of 100 MV (-40°C), 500 MV (0°C), 750 MV (+25°C), and 1.75V (+125°C). The voltage slope output response of 10 MV/°C allows for predictable temperature measurements over a wide temperature range. The TC1047A is available in a 3-pin SOT-23B package and is ideal for space-critical applications.
