The ADXL375SCCZ is a small, thin, low-power 3-axis MEMS accelerometer with a high-resolution measurement range of up to ± 200 g. It is designed for use in a wide range of applications. The digital output data is in 16-bit binary complement format and can be accessed via SPI (3- or 4-wire) or I2C digital interfaces.

The integrated memory management system features 32 levels of first-in-first-out (FIFO) buffers that can be used to store data, thereby reducing host processor load to a low level and lowering overall system power consumption.

A low-power mode supports intelligent motion-based power management for threshold sensing and motion acceleration measurements with very low power consumption.

The ADXL375SCCZ is available in a small, ultra-thin 3 mm × 5 mm × 1 mm, 14-pin LGA package.
