Product Description

The ADXL1004BCPZ offers ultra-low noise density over an extended frequency range and is optimised for bearing fault detection and diagnostics.The ADXL1004 has a noise density of 125 μg/√Hz (typical) over the entire linear frequency range. The microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) accelerometer has stable, repeatable sensitivity and can withstand external shocks of up to 10,000 g. The ADXL1004 has an integrated signal conditioning electronics that enables a stable, repeatable sensitivity and is optimised for bearing fault detection and diagnosis.


Integrated signal conditioning electronics enable features such as full static self-test (ST) and over-range (OR) indicators for embedded applications. The ADXL1004 also enables wireless sensing product designs with its low power consumption and single supply from 3.3 V to 5.25 V. The ADXL1004BCPZ is available in a 5 mm × 5 mm × 1.80 mm LFCSP package and operates over the -40°C to +125°C temperature range.
