The ADXL1003BCPZ offers ultra-low noise density over an extended frequency range and is optimised for bearing failure detection and diagnostics.The ADXL1003 has a noise density of 45 μg/√Hz (typical) over the entire linear frequency range. The microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) accelerometer has stable, repeatable sensitivity and can withstand external shocks of up to 10,000 g. The integrated signal conditioning electronics provide a stable, repeatable sensitivity.

Integrated signal conditioning electronics enable features such as full static self-test (ST) and over-range (OR) indicators for embedded applications. The ADXL1003 also enables wireless detection product designs with its low power consumption and single supply from 3.0 V to 5.25 V. The ADXL1003BCPZ is available in a 5 mm × 5 mm × 1.8 mm LFCSP package and operates over the -40°C to +125°C temperature range.
