BGT24AT2E6433XUMA1 is a low phase noise 24 GHz ISM band multi-function signal source, manufactured by single silicon germanium semiconductor technology. It can accommodate a 24 GHz fundamental voltage controlled oscillator and a frequency divider with a frequency divider ratio of 1024. The divider output is differential.

Three independent RF outputs produce a typical output power of +10 dBm, which can be adjusted with SPI programmable 6-bit Dacs. Use a dedicated control input or 64-bit SPI to provide fast pulses and phase reversals of the transmitted signal. LO output can be configured automatically using dedicated logic.
