The DA14530-00000FX2 is an ultra-low power Bluetooth 5.1 SoC. It integrates a 2.4GHz CMOS transceiver and an ARM®Cortex-M0+ microcontroller with 48 kB of RAM and 32 kB of disposable programmable (OTP) memory. The radio transceiver, baseband processor and qualified Bluetooth® Low Power stack are fully compliant with Bluetooth® Low Power 5.1. It has dedicated hardware for BLE link layer implementation and an interface controller for enhanced connectivity.
