The IWR1843ABGABL is an integrated, single-chip millimetre-wave sensor based on FMCW radar technology, capable of operating in the 76-GHz to 81-GHz band with up to 4-GHz continuous chirp. The device is fabricated in a low-power 45nm RFCMOS process. The solution achieves an unprecedented level of integration of integration. It is an ideal solution for low-power, self-monitoring, ultra-precise radar systems such as building automation, factory automation, drones, material handling, traffic monitoring and surveillance.
