The HMC347ALP3ETR is a broadband high isolation reflectionless GaAs pHEMT SPDT switch in a low-cost leadless QFN surface mount plastic package. The switch has a frequency range of DC to 14 GHz and features high isolation and low insertion loss. The switch has >54 dB isolation up to 3 GHz and >44 dB isolation up to 13 GHz. The switch operates with -5/0V complementary negative control voltage logic lines and requires no bias supply.
