The MAX25611AAUD/V is a single-channel HBLED driver for automotive headlighting applications such as high beams, low beams, daytime running lights (DRLs), turn signals, fog lights, and other LED indicators. It accepts input voltages from 5V to 36V and can drive a string of LEDs with a maximum output voltage of 60V. LED strings with a maximum output voltage of 65V. The MAX25611AAUD/V senses the output current at the high side of the LED string. High-side current sensing to protect the output from short circuits to ground or battery input. This is the most flexible solution for driving LEDs, allowing boost, high-side buck, SEPIC mode, or buck-boost mode configurations.
