The DRV8343HPHPRQ1 is an integrated gate driver for three phase applications. The device features three half-bridge gate drivers, each capable of driving both high-side and low-side N-channel power MOSFETs, with dedicated source and drain pins to allow independent MOSFET control for solenoid valve applications. MOSFETs using an integrated charge pump. This intelligent gate drive architecture supports peak gate drive pull currents up to 1A and peak gate drive sink currents up to 2A. The DRV8343HPHPRQ1 can be powered from a single supply and supports a wide input supply voltage range of 5.5 to 60V for gate drivers.
