The DRV3255EPAPRQ1 is a highly integrated three-phase gate driver for 48V automotive motor drive applications. The device is specifically designed to support high power motor drive applications by providing 3.5A peak pull current and 4.5A peak sink current (gate drive) as well as 90V MOSFET transient overvoltage support. Power loss and self-heating of the gate driver are fully reduced using a highly efficient bootstrap architecture. A charge pump enables the gate driver to support 100% PWM duty cycle control.
