The DRV8144AHQRYJRQ1 is a fully integrated half-bridge driver for a variety of automotive applications. This monolithic system of power packaged devices designed using the BiCMOS high power process technology node provides excellent power handling and thermal performance in a compact, easy to layout package size, as well as EMI control, accurate current sensing and diagnostics for high robustness. The family offers the same pin functionality and scalable RON (current capability) to support different loads. The devices integrate N-channel half-bridges, charge pump regulators, high-side current detection and regulation, current proportional outputs, and protection circuitry.
