The DRV8340SPHPRQ1 is an integrated gate driver for three-phase applications. The device features three half-bridge gate drivers, each capable of driving both high-side and low-side N-channel power MOSFETs, with dedicated source and drain pins to support independent MOSFET control for solenoid valve applications. An integrated charge pump is used to generate sufficient gate drive voltage for the high-side MOSFET and a linear regulator is used to generate sufficient gate drive voltage for the low-side MOSFET. This intelligent gate drive architecture supports peak gate drive pull currents up to 1A and peak gate drive sink currents up to 2A. The DRV8340SPHPRQ1 can be powered from a single supply and supports a wide input supply voltage range of 5.5 to 60V for gate drivers.
