The DRV8874QPWPRQ1 is an integrated motor driver with an N-channel H-bridge, charge pump, current sense and proportional outputs, current regulation and protection circuitry. The charge pump improves efficiency by supporting an N-channel MOSFET half bridge and 100% duty cycle drive. The device family is available in pin-to-pin RDS(on) models to support different loads with minimal design changes, and an internal current mirror architecture on the IPROPI pin enables current sensing and regulation.
