The DRV8873HPWPRQ1 device is an integrated driver IC for driving brushed DC motors in automotive applications. two logic inputs control the H-bridge driver, which consists of four N-channel MOSFETs capable of bi-directionally driving the motor at peak currents of up to 10 A. The device is powered from a single supply and supports a wide input supply voltage range of 4.5 V to 38 V. The device can be easily connected to the controller circuit via the PH/EN or PWM interface.
