The LM61495Q5RPHRQ1 buck regulator series are automotive specific regulators that provide fixed or adjustable output voltages. 1 V to 95% of the desired input voltage. These regulators operate over a wide input voltage range of 3 to 36 V. 3 to 36 V with transient tolerance up to 42 V. The family is designed to reduce EMI. The devices feature pin-selectable spread spectrum and adjustable SW node rise time. Dual Random Spread Spectrum (DRSS) hopping is set to ±4% (typical), which significantly reduces peak emissions through a combination of triangular and pseudo waveforms.
