The LM5169PQDDARQ1 synchronous buck converter is designed to regulate over a wide input range. The converters are designed to regulate over a wide input voltage range, minimising the need for external surge suppression components. A minimum controllable on-time of 50 ns enables a large buck conversion ratio, allowing direct step-down from a 48-V rated input voltage to a lower voltage. v rated input voltage directly to the lower voltage rail, reducing system complexity and solution cost. the LM5169PQDDARQ1 operates with input voltages dropping as low as 6 V, and at nearly 100% duty cycle, if required, making it ideal for use with a wide range of input voltages. The LM5169PQDDARQ1 can operate with input voltages dipping to 6 V and near 100% duty cycle if required, making it an excellent choice for industrial applications with a wide input power supply range. the LM5169PQDDARQ1 integrates both high-side and low-side power MOSFETs with output currents of up to 0.65-A, and the LM5168-Q1 has output currents of up to 0.3-A.
