The LTM2173HY-14 is a 4-channel synchronous sampling 14-bit analog-to-digital converter for digitizing high frequency, wide dynamic range signals. Ac performance includes 73dB SNR and 88dB spury-free dynamic range (SFDR). Low power consumption per channel reduces heat in applications with high channel counts. Integrated bypass capacitors and straight-through pin arrangements reduce overall board space requirements.
