The ADS127L21B is a high precision 24-bit Delta-σ analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with a programmable digital filter.

The ADS127L21BIRUKR device is a 24-bit, 512kSPS wideband wide triangulation ADC with high linearity up to 0.8ppm INL.

Features:

• AC performance and DC accuracy:

- Dynamic range (200kSPS) : 111.5dB (typical)

- INL: FSR of 0.2ppm (typical value)

- THD: -125dB (typical value)

- Temperature drift: 50nV/°C (typical value)

- Gain drift: 0.5ppm/°C (typical)

• Power scalable speed mode:

- Max speed: 512kSPS (33mW typical)

- High speed: 400kSPS (26mW typical value)

- Medium speed: 200kSPS (14mW typical value)

- Low speed: 50kSPS (4.3mW typical)

• Broadband or low delay filter mode

• Programmable data rate:

- Broadband filter mode: 512kSPS

- Low delay filter mode: 1.365MSPS

Description:

The ADS127L21B is a high precision 24-bit Delta-σ analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with a programmable digital filter. This digital filter has a data rate of up to 512kSPS when using a wideband filter and up to 1365kSPS when using a low delay filter. The device has excellent AC performance, DC accuracy and low power consumption.
